Aroma: blueberry flesh and tart skin, some wheat, and salt for balance, some creaminess
Flavor: tart to sweet to sour and meshing very nicely, subtle aftertaste of blueberry and salt
Texture: light to medium bodied, mostly a sipper, light expected "wheat kick," nice tart and blueberry finish with a touch of salt
Overall: a pastry gose which keeps the true gose qualities. This is one to get behind!
