This Scotch Ale is built for winter: rich, and packed with layers of caramel, toffee, and dried fig. But don’t let that fool you it’s incredibly drinkable.
Brewed with Maris Otter, crystal, and DRC malts, plus a touch of torrified and chocolate wheat for extra depth. Cold fermentation with Windsor yeast keeps it smooth, letting the biscuit and rich malt character shine.

Color marrón cobrizo, espuma beige cremosa de buena persistencia. Aroma y sabor con notas de toffe, nueces, pasas, higos secos, malta tostada, galleta, cierto final achocolatado. Dulzor dominante pero moderado para el estilo, de hecho es bastante bebible, no pide ligeros sorbos, sino trago algo más pleno. Definitivamente una scotch ligera, sabrosa, de fácil bebestibilidad y fácil disfrute.
