We linked up with our mates from One Drop Brewing out of Sydney, Australia to brew this hazy IPA featuring some of our favorite US hops paired with Galaxy (we all saw that coming!).
Nick, the brewer at One Drop, helped us dial in our dry hop temperature last year. Nice and cold :)
Presents in the glass with an unctuous mousse. Flavor notes of Florida citrus, strawberry & grapes.
Hops: Citra, Cashmere, Strata, Galaxy.

Appearance yellow cardboard haziness with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some speckled spotty lace
Aroma: strawberry to white grapey hoppiness flowing subtle citrusy hoppy vibes, low key delicate malts
Flavor: white grapey semi-sweet/crisp tones roll into some floral bitterness, mild aftertaste of white grapey/floral bitterness
Texture: between light to medium bodied, good as a sipper, flows nicely over my tongue, finishes semi-crisp, floral and subtle strawberries
Overall: a very nicely done NEIPA I'd bang again!
