A lovely and complex aroma that brings together fresh baked bread crust, molasses cookies, and delicate malt smokiness. Medium-low body on the palate with a subtle smoky presence that fades pleasantly into soft bready malts on the finish. This crisp, complex, and subtly smoky lager makes for a refreshing adventure!

Can to mug.
Appearance: dark copper to auburn color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off delicately to leave some light lace
Aroma: rich sweet smoked malts with some scents of white bread and a light earthy hoppiness underneath
Flavor: blends the prior mentioned aromas very nicely for a sweet and savory appeal then a light earthy hopped to smokiness in the aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, pretty sessionable, fairly smooth along my tongue; finishes with a crisp smoky maltiness
Overall: lovely beer, it's too bad Collaborative closed or perhaps Black Flannel could do this one with them again for a vintage year perhaps.
