330ml bottle. Cloudy, chestnut colour with weak ruby shimmer and average, firm, dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Caramel malty and slightly chocolately, dark malty as well as minimalyl funky, yeasty fruity aroma, hints of milk chocolate, raspberry. Taste is sweet-ish, slightly nutty caramel malty and slightly chocolately, minimally roasty-smoky, dark malty, slightly yeasty fruity, hints of caramel, nougat, praline, milk chocolate, a touch of raspberry; somehow at the edge to infection.
Dissolved sugar enriched, simultaneously acid thinned, watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously almost minimally astringent palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice and fairly manifold malty aspects, matching, but a bit weird kind of fruitiness (raspberry); aspects of a Sour Stout, nascent hints of infection, not overly Bock-ish - a bit strange but OK.
