Double Butterfly is one of our first West Coast Pilsners, brought back now for batch two. Brewed with ultra-clean pilsner malt and generously hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Nelson. Crisp, punchy, flavorful, and crushable, this has quickly become one of our favorite styles!

Tap at university of here in Vacaville California. Pours gold with a modern white head. Aroma of citrus and lychee. Medium body Pale malt in support of citrus and lychee, and maybe some passionfruit. Dry and moderately bitter. Nice flavor.
