NIGHT SHIFT is an intense, coffee-forward Black IPA at 6.5% ABV. We built the bitterness on American Chinook used as a first-wort hop, and a whirlpool addition of Ekuanot and Sabro layers in saturated hop flavor plus a smoother, rounded bitterness — giving the beer a long, assertive finish. It’s dry hopped with a mix of Mosaic, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Sabro, and Hallertau Blanc, so you’ll get tropics, citrus, white grape, and a touch of resin all at once in the aroma. To top it off, we added a cold-side blend of coffees from MIGA Coffee Roasters, bringing an espresso-like character with a bright citrus twist.

Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, rye flakes, barley flakes, hops, Sinamar extract, coffee, yeast.
