Night Witch is a dark and robust lager perfect for the cold winter months. We used a blend of some of our favorite German roast malts to layer flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, and dried figs. The dry and mild roast-malt character is balanced by a clean and crisp body thanks to a lagering period of well over a month.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: dark brown in the pour but closer to black in the glass, three finger eggshell white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark bready notes, toast, sweet char, some woodiness, sweet earthy tones, light coffee
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together nice and semi-roasty, toasty and semi-sweet, mild sweet char aftertaste
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, earthy smooth yet capable of some roasty grind against the tongue, mild finish of dark bready to earthy & toasty character
Overall: I like this dark lager, I'd definitely return to.
