CHERRY, MALT, SPICE. This amber-hued vinous farmhouse ale was fermented in our French oak barrel foeders, with an addition of dark cherries and our house-mixed culture of wild yeasts.

Clear russet color with woo, cherry and light funk on the aroma. Complex palate with initial tartness fading to woody, barnyardy notes and cherry finish. Really well done.
