Juicy, tropical and highly drinkable. This pale ale was brewed with 11% Fonio, an ancient African grain that has been cultivated for over 5,000 years. It has a short growing season and is highly resistant to harsh environments. The beer was brewed in collaboration with the Fridley Basketball Team, and a portion of the proceeds will go toward supporting the team.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has has light citrus and a bit of grass with melon and a bit of bready grain. Flavor is similar with melon and citrus supported by light grains.
