Crafted from local raspberries (and now cranberries!) pressed straight from the farm and blended with our oak aged cider. Complex and fruity with a tart twist, in our opinion a berry good, tart cider.

Pretty nice. Some raspberry and some sourness, crab apple. Pretty good balance. Pink pour. Nice stuff. Mystery tap at Crios.

Draft - Berry and light funk with some acidity. Light red. Lots of Berry tartness and really dry. Not at all like a cider, closer to a vinegar for me.

Waxed swing top bottle into a glass. Slightly hazy pinkish color with no head. Aromas of raspberries, light barnyard funk, oak, subtle apples. Tastes of raspberries, oak, light floral notes, tart acidic notes. Medium-light body with a dry and tart finish. Fairly low carbonation. Pretty tasty.

Sample at the cidery. Poured a vibrant, bright cloudy red color, small off-white head. Aroma was nice berry, light tart apple character. Flavor was tart raspberry, apple tartness, will go well at Thanksgiving I think.
