Can to English pint glass.
Appearance: ruddy amber to red color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which dissipated to leave some messy lace.
Aroma: roasted nuts, toasted bread, earthy scents, herbal hop tones, light black tea, mineral water-ish and some grassiness
Flavor: mildly sweet, toasty and herbal blends through the prior noted aromas; light aftertaste of herbal/earthy tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable and pretty smooth along the tongue, finishes herbal and earthy
Overall: I liked this for me and believe this is probably one of the closest versions by an American brewer which is very close to a true Irish red ale.
