Can to weizen.
Appearance: yellowed copper color with some subtle transparency about it. Three to four fingers of white foamy head, dissipated to leave some messy lace
Aroma: bubblegum up front, sweet wheat, some grassy hops, banana esters are there, slight clove, subtle tart wheat at the end
Flavor: sweet to spicy blending the prior noted aromas, mild aftertaste of the banana esters & bubblegum.
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, nice tart wheat kick as expected which allows a slight smooth sweetness to roll over tongue, finishes crisp and light tart wheaty tone
Overall: definitely one of the better versions of a true German hefeweizen by an American brewer.
