A classic Vienna style lager brewed with patience over a 2 month period – it’s worth the wait! Smooth and mild Vienna malt character, copper color, give this lager a pleasant and easy drinkability. Gently hopped with Mt. Hood and Saaz to give it the crisp lager finish.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: amber color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: brisk sweet nuts - mildly roasty, some toast, caramel/toffee tones, some sweet earthy hop tones
Flavor: sweet through the prior noted aromas, mild aftertaste of nuts and toast
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, fairly smooth along tongue, finishes crisp, toasty and nutty
Overall: nicely done amber lager I'd be willing to come back to.
