Reviewed from notes.
Can to nonic glass.
Appearance: ruddy burnt orange color with a sly transparency about it and a three finger white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet and tart character of the cherries meshing with some sweet wheat
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together semi-sweet with a touch of tartness in the background; mild aftertaste of wheat & cherries
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; rolls fairly smooth along the tongue with a touch of tart grit; finishes crisp with the cherries and wheat
Overall: a nicely done wheat ale that I would be willing to come back to sometime in Summer.
