La “Ciaspola” è l’altrezzo perfetto per caminare in montagna sulla neve fresca dopo un’abnondante nevicata. Conosciuta anche con il nome di “racchetta da neve”, viene legata alla parte interiore fel piede e, camminando normalmente, consente di “gallegiare” sulla neve. Usata originiariamente dai vichinghi per cacciare o geetire il bestiame, era realizzata con un telaio di legno sagomato a cui venivano fissate delle corde fatte in budello. Se non avete mai partecipato a una “ciaspolata” diurna o notturna, non sapete cosa vi state perdendo… E’ UNA COSA MAGICA!!!

0.33l bottle from Sappada. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, figs and burnt sugar. Pours cloudy dark brown color with medium sized soapy tan-like head, a bit of yeast residue and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light to medium sweet roasted malt and coffeeish, following is dried fruity, nutty and earthy with bitter chocolate note, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Light body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Quite tasty porter…
