An imperial chocolate raspberry porter. We set out to create a bold, complex beer with tasting notes of chocolate and raspberries, this rich ale is the result. We artfully blended 5 different malts and cacao nibs to achieve deep cocoa flavor. Over 42 lbs of raspberry puree was added to the beer to provide a fresh, bright fruit finish. Complex malt and fruit but simply delicious.

Aroma: red raspberry sweetness and a touch of tartness and milk chocolate
Flavor: rich sweet and sweet fruity and fruity tart all blending very nicely; light finish which seems like chocolate covered raspberries
Texture: medium bodied, she's a sipper, good carb level, some smoothness and a brush of tart assertiveness
Overall: excellent raspberry porter I would definitely come back to.
