A dark, roasty, full-bodied ale that is slightly sweet and slightly smooth. A complex blend of darker malts provides just the right balance between chocolate and nutty flavors. Brewed with oats for a smooth, silky mouthfeel and medium body. Mildly hopped for a smooth flavor that allows the dark malts to take center stage.

Aroma: roasty malty to black coffee-ish tones with a slight sweet oaty/oatmeal note further underneath; super light nutty to dark chocolatey accent further down in there
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to roasty to slightly bitter sort of way; finishes about the same way with some dryness
Texture: medium bodied; sessionable; great smoothness; good carb level
Overall: good oatmeal stout I would be willing to partake in again.
