BOTTLE 33CL from Erzengel. Thank you Gabriel!

Look: clear golden-amber with a light beige head.
Aroma: malty, grainy, some dough/white bread, simple sweetness.
Taste: light sweetness, balanced by quite a bit of hop bitterness.

Simple and clean, nothing fancy.

Test vom 23.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,12,11,12,12,12 - 11,85

Bottled. Clear deep golden, small head. Distincy grassy nose. Dry, soft and firm with meaty, well rounded mouthfeel. Grassy with some dough, long bitter finish. Solid and nicely drinkable.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts strong-malty, fine spicy, modest alcoholic. A bit sweet. Finish well balanced, still fine spicy. Good heller doppelbock!

Pale hazy yellow color, small white head. Herbal, strong diacetylic nose. Sour, grassy, fizzy ... infected bottle?

Bottle, RBESG08 grand tasting Murky darker yellow body. Spicy, lemony sourness in the nose. Sweet lemony taste, somewhat funky. Sure, it was quite infected but I really dug that.
