4 ounce pour on cask at Burley Oak. Clear dark amber with off-white head. Aromas of cocoa, light fruit, roast, orange zest. Tastes of booze, roast, light cocoa, orange zest. Medium-light body with a dry and warm finish.

Cask handpull at the source. Clear ruby amber color, thick tan head (sparkler used). Aroma of light spice. Taste is spiced toasted brownies, cocoa powder.
