Reviewed from notes.
Can to mug.
Appearance: pale amber color with a slight transparency about it and two finger white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: lemon to orange to cinnamon tones up front with a baked sort of biscuity malt tone backing that up; subtle earthy hops
Flavor: seems to do a decent job of mixing the prior noted aromas to a semi-sweet to citrusy and winter spicy sort of blend; finishes with the cinnamon and orange tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; seems to roll across the tongue fairly nice (the cinnamon doesn't distract here - good job at the brewer!) - so some smoothness
Overall: I believe this is a Winter ale (Winter Warmer) I could get behind and would go well with it's respected Winter food.
