This full-bodied stout was brewed with a careful blend of some of our favorite barley malts and just enough hops to provide balance. Then, to celebrate our ties to the Caribbean Island, we rested the beer on a generous amount of Trinidad coffee. The result is a sweet, dark beer that is bursting with notes of dark roast coffee.
