Sample at the taproom during the 10th Anniversary event on 08/23/2025. Brown-black pour with a thin light beige head that dissipates quickly to a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of bourbon, malt, chocolate and coffee. Full-bodied with flavors of oaky bourbon, bittersweet coffee, chocolate malt and vanilla. The finish is oaky with a bourbon and malt aftertaste. Good beer all around.
