Draft at the source. Poured a nice golden yellow color, mostly clear, with a huge, creamy head that took a bit to dissipate. This beer is based on their Virginia Blonde, but uses some different yeast and a few other things to give it a slightly different aroma and taste. Aroma was probably the only thing I didn’t like about this beer, it had residual notes of blue cheese, but after a few sniffs it went away. However, the flavor was light funky notes, sweet grains, etc.
