作ったのはWestcoastスタイルのIPA。バーガーのバンズから来るトーストの香りや、パティの焼き目の風味に合わせて、Westcoastで昔から使われているカラメルモルトなどは使わずにアレンジ。シャープでクリーンな苦味と、あらゆるシトラスを集めたようなホップの香りとのコンビネーションは、バーガーとの相性抜群です。単体で飲むのももちろん、あらゆるジューシーな食べものと合わせるのもおすすめ。ぜひお楽しみください！

Our original beer from the Harajuku-based diner "THE GREAT BURGER" is finally here!
We’ve crafted a classic West Coast Style IPA. To perfectly complement the toasted aroma of a burger bun and the charred, savory notes of a seared patty, we’ve put a modern twist on the recipe by omitting the traditional caramel malts often found in older West Coast styles.
The result is a combination of sharp, clean bitterness and a vibrant hop profile that feels like a collection of every citrus fruit imaginable. It is, quite simply, the ultimate partner for a burger. While it’s fantastic on its own, we also highly recommend pairing it with any juicy, flavorful dish.
