 This is a blend of three different fruit macerations all using 1 and 2 year old lambic - apricots from 2024, raspberries from 2023, and a touch of Gamza grapes from 2023 with extended post-maceration oak conditioning. Thanks Rosti and team!

Bottle pour at Balkan Beer Bash 2025. Dark red with off white pinkish head. Fruity, some funk, red grapes, touch of berries.
