Keg at the brewery. Dark brown with a thin fizzy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of caramel, chocolate and a cuminy finish. Yes, that’s a word. The taste is chocolate, roasted malts, spice, mild earthy notes. Medium bodied, mild lingering spice.

Cumin nose. Cloudy cola brown, headless. Cumin and charcoal. Food pairing possibilities are endless.

Draft at the source. Poured a dark cola color with a small wispy off-white head. Aroma was light pepper, with some roasted smoked meat. Flavor has some light spice notes. Smoky roast.
