Scrugsy On Fire is our 7% IPA collaboration with our friends at Belleflower Brewing! We took their Scrugsy recipe and put our unique spin on it! We swapped out the Enigma for Citra and are loving this mashup! Scrugsy On Fire smells and tastes like orange soda, yuzu, and succulent pineapple. Enjoy!

Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick yellow haziness with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple, oranges, grapefruity to lemony hop tones, light sweet grassy hoppiness, light clean malts
Flavor: mildly bittersweet with juicy contours wrapping those fruity hops very nicely, mild clean finish with the pineapples, grassy hops, and grapefruity to lemony hops
Texture: medium bodied, between sessionable and being a sipper, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: pretty good NEIPA I could have again.
