Next up in our series of UK heaters we had to dial it way the fuck up with a DDH Hazy DIPA! Collaborating with the Track crew on this was honestly incredibly eye-opening in the best way. We found we both have some pretty different approaches to the style, but that we lean toward using the same Yeast and have a shared love for Egger’s Nelson Sauvin.
