Goldstück (gold piece) is our homage to the shining lagers of Bavaria, those golden treasures that balance subtlety and magnificence. Brewed with Weyermann Barke Pilsner and a touch of Barke Vienna malt, Goldstück undergoes a traditional double decoction to coax out layers of soft malt depth. Hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh for a whisper of floral spice, and fermented cool with our house German lager yeast, this beer pours brilliantly clear and glows with a honeyed hue. Our golden export is built for crisp autumn afternoons in Tennessee.
