5 oz. pour as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque dark brown, thin head with good retention, light viscosity and no lacing. Aroma strong maple syrup over coffee, cinnamon and vanilla. Taste is strong maple syrup, eggy French toast, cinnamon and vanilla. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste with lingering roasted bitterness. Totally captured a French toast breakfast--really enjoyed this one!
