Dawn is half* of our collaboration brew with Dead End Brew Machine. DEBM is known for putting out awesome funky and barrel-aged beers, brewed at some of the best breweries in Scotland. Dawn is a light and smoky “Grisette” - a lower alcohol saison brewed with the French hop Barbe Rouge and fermented with a distinctive blend of Belgian saison yeasts. Dawn is light, crisp and refreshing.
