Pale, golden straw color with rich aromas of grapefruit, spice, and mellow esters depicting rip fruit. The body is light adn well attenuated with slight spicy flavors that incorporate rum tones with citrus, lemon-like tartness. Gouden Brugge finishes fruity and dry with a mild earthy aftertaste of hops.

This was poured into a tulip glass.
The appearance was a hazy and semi-burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds leaving no lacing.
The smell started off with a orange and lemon flavor opening up with some Belgian sugar. Light Belgian spice balances nicely.
The taste was sweet to spicy to even having a sly floral element. Thereโs no aftertaste but a gentle sweet citrus to spicy finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fairly decent sipping to sessionable feel about it. Carbonation seemed good for a Belgian ale and felt good to me as well.
Overall, I say this was a pretty nice Belgian ale that I would have again.

Sampled on draft at Dadโs Pub & Grub this beer poured a pale yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was very faint with a bit of tanginess, vague fruits and vodka. The flavor was bitter, tart and a bit tangy with notes of Pez, a vague odd fruitiness and vodka. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a clear golden color with a large foamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of bread, spice, white wine, dry fruits. The taste is bread, caramel, spice, apples, mild nuts, tart finish. Medium bodied. Nice.
