Once a year we have the opportunity to co-ferment our blend of Virginia apples with freshly pressed pears. The pears lend extra body and texture. This cider features subtle notes of honey and stone fruit.

$3.20 pint can, WW. Clear pale gold, carbonation but no head. Tart apple, dust, light pear nose. Flavor is dry apple, perhaps pear, little else. Hint of sweetness in the end.
