It’s what we all search for in life: Fortune & Glory. With beer, we search for the grail of drinkablity, flavor, balance and beauty. Many believe that the crowning style for all these things is the Bohemian Pilsner. We brewed this Pilsner with German floor-malted Pilsner malt, floral and spicy Czech Saaz hops, and a touch of German specialty malt for depth and body. Fermented and lagered extremely cool with classic lager yeast strain, and 100% naturally carbonated from “spunding.” This beer is unfiltered, yet extremely clear for a clean drinking experience with full flavor and body. We experience fresh-baked warm bread with honey, fresh cut deep green grass, and lemon balm in our most elegant lager to date.
