Unpredictably delicious, Total Entropy is a series of IPAs bringing forth fresh new flavors with each batch. Our Brewers will bring a new but familiar brew out every 90 days to ensure a fresh, quality product. Each series will feature a blend of new hops to keep your palate excited! Series 1 showcases Huell Melon hops with a helping hand from Centennial. This combination brings out notes of grapefruit, honeydew melon, vanilla and a hint of lavender. Try it before it’s gone!

$2.25 bottle from Beer Run. Pours mostly clear medium gold with a small off-white head. Aroma is skunk, citrus peel, pine, floral hops, light honey. Flavor is skunky... citrus peel, grasses. Finishes bitter, skunky, grassy.
