The beer is dark amber and malty from the use of specialty and Munich malts, and molasses (our Southern twist). A mid high alcohol level and a nice tart finish make this a beer that can keep for a long time, but is still refreshing.

Tap at the brewery. Pours reddish with a dusting of a head. Aroma is light coffee beans, light smoke, grasses. Flavor is tart red fruit, smoked peat, strawberry, grass, brown leaf. Lots of flavor and again, it’s all good.
