Intensely dry-hopped with two of our favorite hops: Azacca and Idaho 7, giving the beer a big tropical fruit profile, complemented by a soft sweetness and mouthfeel from the lactose. Hoppy but not bitter.

On tap yesterday at the Craft Kitchen. Pours hazy golden. Aroma is cat piss, pine, citrus peel. Flavor is pine, sweet tea, paper, light skunk. Interesting... sweet.
