Our first pale ale is a bit out of style for an American Pale Ale. Shake the Barley is a New England Style pale ale made with a hop base of Citra with dry hops of Mosaic and Idaho 7.

Tap at brewery. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is heavy citrus, mostly grapefruit, minor gum. Flavor is smooth citrus, not overly bitter (aroma made me think of American IPA but the flavor is definitely leaning British). Light tang of lemon in the back end.
