Named in homage to Element Construction, the company that helped build our brewery, this American Pale Ale aims to deliver a moderate amount of hoppiness while still noticeably maintaining a malt presence. Toasty Maris Otter malt combines with light English caramel malt for a medium-bodied, rich mouthfeel, while a big dose of Simcoe and Centennial hops lend a piquant grapefruit and tangerine note.
