In honor of our general manager, Matt Monson, and his former profession (baker), we bring you Doughboy, our Munich Dunkel. This classic German style is a brown lager that features light and dark Munich malts, lending a rich breadiness remniscent of a perfectly golden brown piece of toast. It hits the palate with a light sweetness upfront, but we use just enough hops so that the beer finishes dry leaving you ready for another sip!
