Our Grand Cru pours a hazy gold color with a long-lasting, creaming white head. The aroma is a mixture of complex pepper, spicy, orange, lemon, and coriander notes. Although high in alcohol, the beer does not have the warming effect indicative of higher alcohols. Rather, it is quite smooth and refreshing and great for warm summer days.

Tap at brewery, Medium brown pour with an aroma of bubble gum and banana. Taste is very similar. Not complex at all.
