Our white IPA is brewed with Pilsner Malt, Wheat Malt, and Flaked Wheat. This IPA displays wonderful citrus and fruity aromas from Cascade and Palisade hops. The ale yeast delivers a wonderful ester character that balances out the fruity notes from the hops. Overall the heavily hopped beer is light, refreshing and perfect for a hot summer day.
