Despite the bock moniker, this lager is fairly a light Helles-style beer specially made by the brewer and his fiance to celebrate their upcoming wedding. Pilsen, Munich, and Vienna malts, noble hops and lagered extra long for an unbelievably smooth taste.

First off, if you’re calling it a bock, and then in your beer description saying it’s not a bock... well maybe time to rethink the name. Amber in color, no head. Very little smell, maybe slight maltiness, but not much else. Taste is thin, but not bad- and itdoes have that dortmunder-type flavor that others of the style have. It’s decent, but I’m put off by the name, since i was expecting a bock.
