Brand new beer, just made it’s first appearance the day before I sampled it. Appearance is mashed-banana yellow with a small head. Aroma is sweet, but not chillingly sweet, and slightly fruity. Flavor is not super-typical witbier, but it’s obvious that that’s the style of this brew. A decent mouthfeel rounds this beer off nicely. Not my favorite style, but I must say this brew was impressive when I had it.
