The aroma of this ale contains the fruity signature of Belgian yeast. The American hops allow this beer to finish bitter, but it has a sweetness throughout the body and a subtle mouth feel. Notes of apricot and pine remain from start to finish.

10 or 12 ounce pour? Close enough. I got the tail end of one keg and the start of the next keg, but my buddy got the same beer a little later so I’ll describe both. Mine was lightly cloudy yellow, with a huge billowy, long lasting foamy white head. Buddy had a medium sized, relatively long lasting white head. Aroma was lots of grapefruit, tropical notes, and yeast funk. Flavor was nice tropical fruits, yeast. Delicious.

Draft at the source. Slightly hazy yellow color, white edge head. Aroma of overripe stone fruit. Taste is funky grapefruit, pineapple, breadfruit. Dry finish. Interesting and unique.
