An English tradition, the extra special bitter is a more hop/malt forward version of the English Bitter. Our version uses a blend of English and American hops leaving a floral and herbal character balanced by notes of toffee and biscuit from the malt.

Draft at the source. Hazy straw color, thick bright white head with solid lacing. Aroma of lightly spiced buscuit. Taste is lemony buscuit. Very nice.

Draft at the source, in downtown Silver Spring. Poured a clear ruby amber color with a small off-white head. Aroma was caramel malt notes, earthy hops. Flavor had nice caramel notes. Clean, easy to drink. Pleasant and easy to drink.
