Our Bavarian-style Hefeweizen is a cloudy, refreshing delight. Our malt blend creates a light bodied ale with tasting notes of clove, banana, and bread. A delicious brew that will have you ascending above the clouds.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to weizen glass.
Appearance: nice cloudy orange color with a three finger white fluffy foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then coat the glass with a good amount of spotty lace
Aroma: banana/clove estery yeasty sweetness; good amount of sweet wheat, light bready tones, light bubblegum
Flavor: blended the prior noted aromas together to a nice sweet to spicy and subtle tart kick of the wheat to bounce right on into the finish which seemed a bit more wheaty
Texture: medium bodied; good sessionability; mostly smooth along the tongue and then the appropriate kick of wheat that told me this is a hefeweizen!
Overall: I'm impressed because not many American brewers can do a pretty good authentic hefeweizen, now pat yourselves on the backs - Vermont Beer Makers!
