Introducing the first of the Apex Series, Mansfield. This series allows us to explore different recipes and techniques to create delicious, innovative IPAs. Named after the largest peak in the Green Mountain State, Mansfield is hopped with 2020 crops of Centennial, El Dorado, and Idaho 7. Tasting notes of orange, citrus fruits, and floral aromas. Enjoy the first of many delicious IPAs as part of our Apex Series.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: orangey, lemony and semi-grassy with a touch of piney hop notes; mild malts underneath
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together in a nice bittersweet juicy fashion then has a nice crisp and juicy finish of the oranges and lemony hoppiness
Texture: light to medium bodied with a fine sessionability about it; fairly smooth and juicy along the tongue
Overall: not exactly sure why they retired this one, I thought it was a very nice one I'd return to.
