Birch and Barely, cask: pours copper with a white head. Aroma is a little spicy and earthy. Taste was a tad spicy but the dry British hops take over a bit later. Pretty good.

Cask pour at Churchkey. Poured a hazy golden yellow color with a foamy white head. Aroma was light sweet malts, with some mild biscuit notes. This is the best Ridgeway beer I’ve ever had, very flavorful mild bitter.

Barely bad is about the right description. Pours blonde with ok head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Decent for style. Could use a little more crispness in malt. Tap at Churchkey.

Cask at Churchkey. Slightly hazy golden color, pillowy white head. Aroma of black pepper and bread dough. Taste is peppery subtle biscuit. Decent.
